A provider office sends a treatment plan directly to us for preauthorization. What do we do?
Contact the provider office and advise them to enter their treatment plan at connect.eviti.com. If they have already submitted the plan via eviti|Connect and only need to fax medical records, they should fax them to:1-888-468-1423
How do I maintain the Payer Confirmation Information section?
In order to update the specified field and its value under the Payer Confirmation Information section, you must have System Administrator permissions. With the appropriate permissions, navigate to Payer Administration -> Payer Details. Locate the Payer Confirmation Values section, where the field name, value and helpful tips can be updated, as needed.
