Can our office have one eviti|Connect login for everyone that uses it?
No. Each user in your office must have a separate login for security purposes.
Who should register with eviti|Connect and submit treatment plans for authorization?
eviti|Connect can be accessed and used by all provider office personnel; however eviti is most beneficial and efficient when used by clinical staff members.
Why would I enter multiple Tax Identifiers? Which one should be Primary?
Since physicians work at different locations, a provider office staff can add the additional Tax Identifiers in order to work on treatment plans at the various locations. A treatment plan is displayed on the dashboard when the physician's NPI and Tax Identifier in the treatment plan match the user's account information.
